Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Yokva. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Yokva is built for real-estate agencies, not consumers.

What Yokva does

Yokva enhances the listing photos you already have. It brightens, declutters and sharpens the real room. It never adds furniture, swaps a view or invents a space that does not exist. What you upload is what your buyers will recognise.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Plans scale by team size, and your credits and billing follow the plan you choose.

Your photos and your rights

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the images Yokva produces from them. You give us permission to process your photos for the single purpose of generating your results. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

Acceptable use

• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use Yokva to mislead buyers.
• Do not resell or copy the service itself.

Credits and payment

Your plan includes a set number of credits. One credit covers one listing of up to ten photos. Your first three listings are free. The current plans are on our pricing section.

The service is provided as is

We work hard to make Yokva reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or available at all times, and we do not guarantee a specific sales outcome from using it. To the extent the law allows, Yokva is not liable for indirect or incidental losses.

Changes and ending your use

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. You can stop using Yokva at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
